I gotta grab me one of those!

The great thing about this modified bouquet game is that it lessens my chances of being "gartered" at weddings. I would definitely shove someone aside just to get myself a rose. (For those who may not be familiar with the new setup, the girl who does not catch a flower gets "gartered". The bride throws the flower individually, versus throwing the entire bouquet and having it land on the floor because no one wants to catch it.)

I was a bridesmaid at my cousin's wedding today. It was held at Fernwood Gardens. Although I liked the place a lot, I really didn't like the uneven floor which made it hard for us ladies walk around... good thing I opted for low heels, because I was assigned to pass the guestbook around.

I wasn't able to take pictures because I was part of the entourage. Darn, it would have been nice to get shots of the swans swimming around...

so who got the garter?

well, that sure makes things interesting... you know how people are trying to avoid embarassing situations.. but in this case, they could just skip the entire flower thing.. suppose it depends on how game people are - but if that's so, then the mechanics shouldn't matter. hehe

Anyway, as for you, I think you'd get gartered anyway. Unless everyone you're going against is 10 years old. bwahahaha

Yup, I still remember him. I think in general people still say in the Makati area since it IS the central business district after all. :)
